Time to come clean... I found another book that has kind of become an obsession for me... Imagine that right!?! Just to clear the air, this is book number 23 for the year. (Remember my goal for the beginning of 2019? Only 2 to go before I hit that goal of 25 books).

How many of you get more than 7 hours of sleep every night? I'm guessing that not a lot of hands went up on that one... I know that I need to improve on this too, so I didn't even get to raise my own hand. Do you know just how important sleeping is? According to Matthew Walker PhD, sleep deprivation has been linked with just about every single chronic illness that impacts the average American.

So maybe our new T-Shirts will need to modified...

Unfortunately, there is no way that I can explain all that I have learned from this book (and a little more research on the side) in one little newlsetter... So I am putting together a little talk that we will host in the office to explain it a little more!

But just to give you a little sample here are a couple of tips to help you sleep better at night:

1) Stick to a sleep schedule
2) Avoid caffeine after lunch
3) Avoid Blue Light for at least 30 minutes before bed (i.e. TV, Phone, Computer, etc.)

Sleep Well Tonight!
