Time For Some Advice From Some People Who Are Much Smarter Than All Of Us.

Advice can come from a wide variety of sources. You can get the advice from a book, or from a movie, from a friend or loved one, or even from a perfect stranger. But one of the great things about advice is that, no matter the source, it can have a profound impact on your life. Often the best guidance will come from a completely unexpected source. Today is one of those days!

I am going to share with you some advice that I recently stumbled across that is from a very unlikely source! Children!

FITNESS

“Run around the backyard like the dog does. He seems like he’s in pretty good shape.”

—Gavriella, age 7

“Make sure your muscles are trying as hard as they can. And keep your bones straight. [Sits up, to demonstrate.] Also, do more jumping jacks.”

—Aki, age 5

RELATIONSHIPS

“First you try to underestimate her and say that you don’t like her and stuff, and then the next year you just ask, ‘Will you marry me?’”

—Logan, age 7

NUTRITION

“Don’t do any diets. Just eat healthy stuff without doing anything weird. Definitely don’t do the diet where you eat other humans.”

—Logan, age 7

FASHION

“Stick with plaid and fedoras.”

—Morgan, age 8

“Just buy lots of cool shorts.”

—Oscar, age 5

FINANCES

“Bury your money in the back yard. But make a map so you remember where the money is. But then hide the map where you can’t find it, so you don’t dig up the money. Maybe give the map to a friend who has enough money.”

—Charlie, age 5

“Wait for Christmas or for your birthday.”

—Logan, age 7

That's all for today!
I hope that we can all learn a little from these wise kids!
